I have been in the lodging business for 38 years.
After Sept. 2, 2025 I will no longer be renting other owner's vacation homes.
Rio Frio Lodging will be closing its management service.
But, I will continue rentals for my family's Indian Blanket Ranch Lodging.
Which includes Bluebird Hill / Star Suite with private pool & hot tub.
Plus secluded Hideaway cabin with hot tub.
Indian Blanket Ranch has 250 acres of Nature/Hike/Bike/Bird Trails to Explore!
We have Primitive Camping or Lodging on the Ranch.

Only 5 miles/minutes east of Garner State Park & Frio River.
10 miles west of Utopia, 20-minute drive to Lost Maples State Natural Area.
