Farhaven is a 76 acre private hideaway Horse Ranch (Horses not for hire) nestled in the beautiful Sabinal Canyon between Utopia and the Lost Maples Park.     The Farhaven Ranch is also home to your hosts, Mark, Nancy, Cole (a black Lab), and four beautiful Thoroughbreds. Tailor, is Nancy’s retired event horse and longtime friend. Hershey and The Wingleader are ex-racehorses training for new careers in Eventing. Summer is the filly who is in training.
    They bought Farhaven in December 2003. They work to maintain and enhance most of the property as native wildlife habita. Deer, turkey, armadillo, hawk, numerous birds, an occasional coyote, large oak and pecan trees, and many other flora and fauna live here with them. Mark has built custom homes in the Utopia area for over 21 years; he built the main house (where they live) on the property. They Welcome you to Farhaven, the perfect place to experience the unique beauty of the Utopia area.

Pet Friendly: Maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed at this property; Well behaved, house-trained dogs welcomed at Farhaven. Dogs allowed inside, leashed or tied when outside. $10.00 per night per dog (covers additional cleaning) Dog owner responsible for dog’s safety, and for any damages to property. Do not allow your dogs to bark, run free or chase deer.
