This part of Paradise at Utopia has 3 Cozy Cabins on 15 rolling acres, giant cypress & oak trees, watch birds & deer at river & feeders. ¼ mile of private river front on Sabinal River, 2’ to 10’ deep with rope swing, great for swimming & fishing, campfire ring, has a party pavilion.

Lookout, Dove Nest, Meadows, all overlooking the river, each cabin has 2 bedrooms, 2 queen beds, 1 double sofa bed, 1 bath, full kitchen plus microwave, H&A, fireplace, BBQ grill, picnic table. 

Fall/Winter Rates: Labor Day to Memorial Weekend

2 Night Minimum

$120.00 per night for 2 people then, $10.00 for each additional person
