HOUSE RULES & INFO

Lazy B is a family oriented business. Quiet time is from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. We reserve the right to expel those not conforming to the rules of good conduct and safety.

  1. Only Registered Paying Guests Allowed on Property
  2. Make sure ALL your guests have read and understand these rules.
  3. No smoking inside, no pets, no use of fireworks, BB guns, firearms, 3 or 4 wheelers on property or along river.
  4. Park in parking area in front of house only. No RV's or tents.
  5. Do not drive down to river; no glass containers along the river.
  6. DO NOT TRESPASS ON OTHER PROPERTIES. DO NOT GO IN NEIGHBORS' YARDS. YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO USE RIVER BEHIND LOMA LINDA AND LAZY B. DO NOT WALK ALONG RIVER BEHIND OTHER HOUSES.
    (Property goes to middle of river. Do not get out on other side).
  7. The golf course is private property. They allow you to drive on their road to access Loma Linda and Lazy B. PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY... 10 MPH AND RESPECT GOLFERS.
  8. No loud noise, music or public intoxication. Please do not disturb the neighbors.
  9. Campfires allowed only in campfire rings. Please put campfire out with water when leaving it.
  10. Use fireplace/woodstove only in Fall and Winter. Do not use it in the Summer.
  11. Do not change refrigerator or A/C controls... it will freeze up and not work if set too cold.
  12. Bring towels and washrags for the bath and the river. We provide towels for the kitchen only.
  13. Keep critters and bugs out, and heat/air in by closing outside doors behind you.
  14. Cabins will provide linens for beds. Bring your own blankets for outside.
  15. DO NOT CUT ANY LIVE, GREEN LIMBS OR TREES. Also, no nails, screws or wire are to be placed in trees. There will be charges for damage to trees.

Swim at your own risk!

So next guests can check in by 3 pm, please do the following:

CHECKOUT IS AT 11 AM.
PUT FURNITURE BACK.
PICK UP AFTER YOURSELVES AND CLEAN UP DIRTY DISHES.

PUT ONLY TIED TRASH BAGS IN TRASH CANS OUT FRONT
Leave key on counter by front door.
Lost keys are $5.00 each.
