The downstairs master bedroom has 1 king & bath with shower.

2 daybeds & 1 trundle in living room makes 3 single beds, 

located just off living room is a full bath with tub and shower. 

The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, & stovetop, (no oven)
