About the Owners
|
Mark and Nancy
|
The Farhaven Ranch is also
home to your hosts, Mark, Nancy, Cole (a black Lab), and four beautiful
Thoroughbreds. Tailor, is Nancy’s retired event horse and longtime
friend. Hershey and The Wingleader are ex-racehorses training for new
careers in Eventing. Summer is the filly who is in training.

They bought Farhaven in December
2003. They work to maintain and enhance most of the property as native wildlife
habitat which can be enjoyed by human and horse. Deer, turkey, armadillo, hawk,
numerous birds, an occasional coyote, large oak and pecan trees, and many other
flora and fauna live here with them.
Mark has built custom homes in the
Utopia area for over 21 years; he built the main house (where they live) on the
property.
