2 Night Minimum, 3 Nights During Spring Break & Holidays

4 Night Minimum During Summer

Sleeps 2 to 7 people

$125.00 per night for 2 people then $10.00 for each additional person

$125.00 Deposit charged to Visa or Master Card is Required

Rates Are Per Night & Do Not Include Lodging Tax

Three sleeping areas have - king bed in the loft, 

antique double bed & a single daybed in main room under loft, 

1 extra long single & a single daybed in the fireplace room.

Towels for Bathroom & River, toilet paper, groceries, salt, pepper, sugar, paper towels, coffee filters for percolator coffee pot, bath articles, shampoo, bath & dish soap, 13 gal. & 39 gal. trash bags, 13" long or shorter real wood for fireplace, matches, BBQ charcoal, camera, flashlights, binoculars, bird books, bug spray, suntan lotion, river shoes, folding chairs for the river. 

You can pick up fallen sticks & limbs on ranch for campfire
